The 23rd Annual Conference of HKSTAM was held at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on 13 April 2019. The Jiangsu delegation included 29 participants — 18 young scholars and 6 PhD students — making it the largest Jiangsu contingent to attend the Forum to date. Scholars from Guangzhou University and the Shenzhen Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology also participated.
