The fifth Cross-Strait Symposium on Dynamical Systems and Vibration was held across Hong Kong and Macau from 10 to 17 December 2017. The symposium series, previously held in Yunlin (2010), Hong Kong–Macau (2012), Hohhot (2013), and Kaohsiung (2015), promotes research collaboration between cross-strait researchers in dynamical systems and vibration.
