Activities since April 2017, centred on the 22nd Annual Conference co-held with the 14th Shanghai–Hong Kong Forum on 14 April 2018 at PolyU.
Founded in 1996, HKSTAM connects academic and industrial researchers working across solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, computational methods, materials, and structural applications. The society hosts an annual conference, invited seminars, and joint symposia with peer societies in the region.
